How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We shall update the tracking details for your order and the approximate time can be checked there.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit & credit cards, such as Visa & Mastercard. Additionally, we offer alternative payment options like UPI for your convenience and security.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns however if the shipment is received broken or damaged * then we take the full responsibility and refund / replace the same. You will need to ship the product back & we will bear the shipping charges for the same. We will need a video of the opening of the package and a few pictures of the same.

*Ps - In case of our product Mehraab Mirror , there are chances of breakage as it invilves a mirror to be shipped . Incase the mirror is received cracked or broken, while the outer frame is absolutely fine, we will request you to get the mirror fixed at your end and we will reimburse the amount spent by you on the same. Return & refund is not accepted in this case.
